Fresh and lifted, the highly aromatic is pyrazine driven with jalapeño, grassy, gooseberry, lime/lemon citrus, and green pepper aromas, plus hints of leesy mineral. The dry, medium-full bodied palate is impressively concentrated with a lovely mouthfeel. Lovely lime/lemon citrus, mineral, and leesy flavours dominate the flavour profile. It has very good, well-balanced acidity. Spice touches appear on the mid-palate, leading to leesy minerals on the long, crisp finish. Tasted Oct. 2025.
